Claudia D. Work is a shareholder with the Firm. Ms. Work's practice is primarily focused on family law, including all aspects of divorce, child custody and child support as well as protecting and enforcing the legal rights of persons involved in "non-traditional" relationships through cohabitation agreements, co-parenting agreements, and property division. Ms. Work is the 2005-2006 Chair of the Arizona State Bar Committee on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.
Ms. Work is an instructor and speaker at family law seminars for attorneys and paralegals. A partial list of seminar presentations appears below:
