| Mr. Ferrucci is an associate with the firm of Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, PA. His practice focuses on complex and commercial litigation. Mr. Ferrucci received his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English and Philosophy with highest distinction from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2009 from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded an Order of the Coif. Mr. Ferrucci was a summer law clerk at Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander before joining the firm as an associate attorney in August 2009. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Arizona.
