| Jeff Padden’s practice focuses on corporate, healthcare, international and transactional matters with a particular emphasis on providing strategic advice to management of companies. He has substantial experience in the private sector in the video game business , private equity markets and companies doing business in Asia His corporate practice has included, among other things, the representation of large health care groups, companies from start-up to a liquidity event, private companies doing substantial business internationally, and companies securing capital from various markets.
Mr. Padden holds a B.S degree from the University of Virginia (with Distinction, Phi Kapppa Phi) and earned his law degree at the University of Texas Law School (with Honors, Order of the Coif). He is a member of the American Bar Association Business Law, Entertainment and International Law sections. He is a Board or Advisory Board Member of a variety of private companies. |
