Michael J. Plati is a shareholder of Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, PA and is a litigation attorney with the firm. Mr. Plati has significant experience handling litigation concerning real estate/quiet title issues; escrow and professional liability; property, life, liability, and title insurance coverage; and insurance bad faith.
Mr. Plati graduated magna cum laude from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he earned three varsity football letters. He is a 1995 graduate of the Arizona State University College of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Arizona State University Law Journal.
Mr. Plati served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Federal Magistrate Judge Morton Sitver during 1995-96 and to the Honorable James Sult of the Arizona Court of Appeals during 1996-1998. He has taught classes as an adjunct instructor for the paralegal program at Phoenix Community College since 1997. Mr. Plati’s civic activities include membership in the Four Peaks (Fountain Hills) Rotary Club since 1997, where he served as the Club President during 2004-05. |
