Mr. Ruderman is a shareholder at Mariscal ,Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A..  He joined the Firm in 1999 and practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation; Corporation and Business Law and Health Care Law. Mr. Ruderman’s practice also includes preparation of business  and construction contracts of various types. Mr. Ruderman represents financial institutions and health care companies with an emphasis on the insurance aspects of health care.

Mr. Ruderman earned his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. He is a cum laude graduate of Wesleyan  where he was  also the  recipient  of the Spurrier Award for excellence in the study of ethics. He earned his law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Mr. Ruderman has served on a number of State Bar of Arizona Committees including the Continuing Legal Education Committee. He currently serves on the State Bar of Arizona  Communications Advisory Committee.  Mr. Ruderman is also a frequent speaker at various seminars, including those associated with Professionalism in the Practice of Law.
