Mr. Winkler is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A. Mr. Winkler was a senior partner with Lewis and Roca where he practiced for 21 years. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate, lending and development, landlord and tenant law, and general commercial and secured lending transactions. Mr. Winkler is certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in real estate law, and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America 2006 – 2011, Southwest Super Lawyers 2009 - 2010, and Chambers USA-America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2004 – 2010.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Winkler is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association. He was a member of the State Bar's Bankruptcy Committee from 1976-81 and has served as a member of the Real Property Committee since 1979. He has been a lecturer for both the State Bar and County Bar.
