Description of Practice
Mr. Holcomb's practice currently focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an current emphasis on real estate, title insurance and construction related disputes; however, his practice spans nearly all aspects of commercial litigation as well as the preparation of construction and real estate contracts and documentation.
Publications
Mr. Holcomb has prepared materials for various seminars concerning title insurance and construction law issues, and also served as a contributing writer and editor for Arizona Construction Law (2d ed. 1994) as well as the 1996 and 2002 supplements thereto.
Education
Mr. Holcomb received his Bachelor of Science degree in speech (with a minor in physics) from Iowa State University in 1981. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree (with high honors) from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1984. While in law school, Mr. Holcomb was actively involved in the University of Iowa's Moot Court program, serving as a board member and student judge, and in the student-run Client Counseling program, serving as a board member.

Professional Memberships and Activities
Mr. Holcomb has served as a member of the State Bar of Arizona Construction Law Section Board and the Electronic Bulletin Board Committee, is a member of the Real Estate and Construction Sections at the Arizona State Bar and American Bar Association, and is active as a judge in the various Moot Court programs at the Arizona State University College of Law. Mr. Holcomb has also served as a speaker and panelist at seminars relating to litigation, construction law and the use of technology in litigation.

Mr. Holcomb is active in the Camelback Kiwanis Club, and the Campfire Council of Greater Arizona. |
