Zachary Cain practices in the area of white collar crime/special matters. He has substantial jury trial experience in both state and federal court in criminal defense matters.
Mr. Cain represents clients in all phases of litigation including pre-indictment, post-indictment, pretrial investigation, trial, sentencing and appeal. His practice includes representation of clients under investigation by government regulatory and law enforcement agencies. Mr. Cain is also experienced in conducting internal investigations for business entities.
Mr. Cain has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court.
