Messrs. Price and Rubin have extensive experience and training in mediating complex civil disputes, including contract, intellectual property, partnership, real estate and construction-related matters. Mr. Friedlander, identified in Best Lawyers in America for his Alternative Dispute Resolution work, has mediated hundreds of disputes involving construction, real property, title, contract, bankruptcy, insurance and other complex civil cases. Mr. Fidel is a former Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals and Presiding Civil Judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court who teaches torts and advanced statutory interpretation at the Sandra Day O' Connor College of Law. He recently joined the Firm as Of Counsel and will mediate and arbitrate civil litigation and tort cases (as well as providing appellate consulting services).
